Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Fascial Stretch Therapy® is a manual therapy that focuses on the fascial system, rather than isolated muscle treatment. It is a pain-free assisted stretching method that helps to improve performance, rehab injuries, and increase flexibility. Fascial Stretch Therapy uses a massage table and stabilizing straps to achieve an optimum stretch of the fascial system. It targets the joint capsule using constant traction, then slowly works its way through the layers of muscle and fascia for both immediate and long-lasting results.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy. Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Fascial Cupping Therapy
Fascial Cupping Therapy utilizes negative pressure (cupping) rather than the compression used in deep tissue massage. This uses cups to create a vacuum, pulling the tissue away from other tissues. Accompanying this with neuromuscular reeducation through movement can lead to great results releasing adhesions in the fascia.

Meet Brad
Brad is the owner and founder of Kinetic LMT, LLC. He was born and raised in Oklahoma where he obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma. He later moved to Phoenix where he obtained his massage therapy license. Brad has worked all over the valley with a wide variety of clients, including professional and collegiate level athletes. Brad has studied and is certified in many different modalities, including Fascial Stretch Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sportstretch, Graston, Cupping, and more. He uses a combination of these modalities to best achieve results that his clients expect.
